He leads Vanguard 256™’s program architecture, curriculum strategy, compliance design, and applied research direction. As architect of the STREAM™ Internship, JAM™ Apprenticeship, and FRONTLINE™ Train the Trainer programming families, he has designed workforce and apprenticeship initiatives that connect learning, technical training, and career mobility for many organizations and communities.
